The following trips have been recently submitted by our contributors: | A heart touching journey to Jaipur on Palace on Wheels(no pictures)The first stop of Palace on Wheels is Jaipur, the royal capital of Rajasthan, popularly known as the Pink City, was founded by Maharaja Swai Jai Singh II, in1727 A.D. Dotted with forts, palaces and royal buildings, Jaipur reminds one of the valiant Rajputs and the Royal family. These ages-old palacious structures attract the travelers from all over India and the world.
While your Jaipur tour in Rajasthan, you can go for a camel, desert and jeep safari to explore the unending stretches of the Thar Desert. The sizzling souvenirs will add spice to the royal experience.
Tourist Places in Jaipur
Hawa Mahal
Each wall of the palace reinforces the idea that 'dreams truly can come true'; built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap is one of the major landmarks of Jaipur. The palace is shaped like a pyramid and is a five-storied building, with number of small windows and screens.
It is believed that the structure was meant to be a window for the royal ladies to view the activities on the street. The Hawa Mahal is a great example of the Rajputana architecture, which was strongly influenced by Mughal style of architecture
City Palace
The City Palace built by Maharaja Jai Singh II is an architectural marvel that presents a perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal art and architecture. The City Palace has projecting balconies, arches and the entrances and also has a museum with an exclusive collection of Rajasthani costumes, miniature paintings, carpets and royal paraphernalia.
The city palace stands as a symbol of the royal elegance and courtly splendor that is no longer visible.
Amber Fort
The Amber Fort which stands on a small hillock is one of the famous Rajasthan fort-palace. The breathtakingly beautiful complex of the Amber Fort comprises of palaces, halls, pavilions, gardens and temples. The fort built with white marble and red sandstone look even more attractive because of the Maota Lake in the foreground.
The tourists to this fort can either approach the fort by road or take an elephant ride, which though is quite slow yet is a lot of fun.
Jantar Mantar
Across the road from the palaces is the famous JANTAR MANTAR one of the five observatories in India. Built by Sawai Jai Singh, this is one of the largest and the best preserved.
Albert Hall
Designed in the Indo Sarcenic style of architecture by Sir Swinton Jacob, the Albert Hall presents an exquisite collection of decorative wares, sculptures, paintings, natural history specimen and Egyptian mummy and the celebrated Persian carpet.
Jaigarh Fort
The Jaigarh fort is the most spectacular of the three-hilltop forts that overlook city and the Amber Fort. Perched high on a cliff, it is surrounded by huge battlements with inside walkways. Jaivan, the world's largest canon on wheel is also found here.
There are a number of other tourist attractions in Jaipur that include, Nahargarh Fort, Govind Deoji Mandir, Rambagh Palace, Govind Devji Temple, Kanak Valley, Ram Niwas Bagh and Laxmi Naryan Temple.

| Onling gambling - My Soccer Predictor(no pictures)I have been playing Soccer prediction for almost two months now (and let me tell you I rearly play a game that long) but I am already consumed by it. The game is an online game, and I think also one of the best ones ever made. With it's nice design and easy to use features the game really gets to you , I would really recommend it to you if mysoccerpredictor is what you look for.
It is a lottery of football (soccer). The lottery is based on a fill of soccer predictions of matches, that has not yet played. Free informations and easy to navigate. It’s very easy to play and earn income. Free registration is also available. But I am a premium member. I got cash prizes and big rewards . Gifts are always multiples of free users, that’s why I joined as a premium member. Membership will be valid one year from the date of activation. Visit - a href="http://www.mysoccerpredictor.com/" target="_blank">b>mysoccer predictor.com /b>/a>
I will certainly use this site. You can check out their page if you are looking into more informations.
In fact, I am sure that what you read will whet your appetite to the point where you would love to test out just how our "EASE" soccer betting system works and whether or not it is as effective as the methods you employ. And we have nothing to lose and everything to gain there, because there is a facility fro access to their website is totally free-of-charge, and there is absolutely no element of forced continuance exerted by them.
No amount of brain power applied by you or me can alter the fact that every number on a National Lottery ticket has an equal chance of being drawn, whereas for the majority of soccer matches there will be many score-line combinations that can be discounted with 99% certainty (such as, for example, 0-6 for Liverpool at Home playing Wolverhampton or Portsmouth). So that means it is much easier to pick 6 winners with Correct Scores betting than picking 6 winning numbers in the Lottery!
Apart from the game, however, we also have the opportunity to take part in soccer discussion forums, view and upload soccer related videos, pictures and news, make friends, and so on.
In simple terms, mysoccerpredictor.com is the fun ideal online hangout for soccer fans!
There are many benefits to mysoccerpredictor.com. First of all, we have nothing at to lose. There are two types of membership from which we can choose. We can avail ourselves of all the fun the site has to offer as a free member. However, the rewards for predicting right as a premium member are in multiples of that for free users. But, whether we are a free user or a premium user, we get financially rewarded anyway!
I joined the website MySoccerPredictor.Com, and thought you might be interested too. It is a fun site where you can predict soccer games and receive financial rewards for predicting right! You can also take part in soccer discussion forums, read soccer news, watch soccer video clips, and lots more! And the best part is... it's absolutely FREE! | Moscow Underground During a month in Moscow I got lost a lot. Inches from sidewalks, cars flashed by in a blur, reminding me of standing on the shoulder of an L.A. freeway. To get to the other side I'd look for stairs down to long tunnels lined with shops. Since I had trouble identifying boulevards, and found train stations spelled three ways, I kept a map and compass handy. Rattled by the streets, my inclination was downward, into the world's most elegant Metro-- where I burrowed deep and survived by inserting myself into crowds, imitating mass movement, and trying not to block traffic or bump into anyone. I got by with two words from my measly Russian vocabulary: "excuse me" and "thank you." Contributed by: lory |

| Get the compensation you deserve from the airline that mistreated you.(no pictures)How to sue an airline will depend highly on the nature of your complaint. Unless you have a serious injury or discrimination complaint, most airline claims are best handled in Small Claims Court. But before you file a complaint, I recommend fully understanding how the process works.
You must not file a lawsuit against airlines in bankruptcy because they are under the protection of the court. There is a good chance that the airline will counter claim your suit and instead you will end up having to pay them for the nuisance you have caused them.
Be careful of this double edged sword. Planning and preparing is half the battle when it comes to suing an airline. Make sure you are ready for it. If done properly then there is a very good chance that you will get the compensation you deserved from the airline that mistreated you.
Suing an airline can be intimidating; however if done right with the legal information at hand then the case can be in your favor. Therefore, the first and the foremost that the family needs to do to sue an airline, is to educate itself on how to sue an airline.
Increasing frustration among passengers is leading to more airline complaints and eventually to lawsuits mostly filed in Small Claims Courts. The small claims process is the best way (in my experience) to demand recourse from airlines that have mistreated you or caused you damage/injury.
When you file in Small Claims Court, you can file the lawsuit by yourself without hiring an expensive attorney. In addition, the fees are very minimal. It won’t cost you more than $50 in most States. The process is simple and quick relative to other court systems in America.
Most people are certain that they have airline passengers' rights, but are less certain about what those rights are, and what they include, and how to sue an airline.
Learn how to sue an airline easily, get compensated and make your voice heard real loud. By knowing how to initiate the legal process, many consumers have found a resolution when suing an airline.
In response to airline abuse and irresponsible behavior, this book will guide you with specific tools to file a complaint against airlines, talk about actual cases against airlines, laws and statutes, writing to your congressman about any concerns regarding mistreatment by airlines and inform you of different cases of airline related offenses.
This best selling book will teach you how to sue an airline, get legally compensated and show that you will not tolerate airline abuse. This 50 page comprehensive step by step book that will guide you in properly filing an airline complaint and receiving the compensation you deserve because of being mistreated by the rude, irresponsible, ignorant and careless behavior of airline staff.
Sunil is a frequent traveler who at one point travelled over 95% of the year for four straight years as a corporate consultant. | Airline passenger complaints: Poor Service, Bad Food, Lost Luggage…. ENOUGH!(no pictures)Airline passenger complaints have always been increasing over the period of the time. The discontentment has been on the rise because of the experience that had to be memorable for the passenger went wrong for all the wrong reasons: mechanical problems, poor service, bad food, lost luggage, or any of a number of other problems that result in a significant inconvenience or financial loss. If you experience this kind of problem with your airline, you may want to deal with it by lodging a complaint with the airline or to one of the authorities that oversee air transportation.
Airline passenger complaints should be dealt with immediately. However taking the right steps is the key to the complaints. Therefore educating one about all the possible resources to resolve the problem should be the foremost step to deal with it.
Whenever you can identify a problem on the spot, your best option to file Airline passenger complaints will usually be to bring it to the airline's attention and give them a chance to resolve the issue. If you are at the airport, then contact the airline's customer service representatives, a manager, or some other employee who has the authority to immediately take care of your problem. If you are in flight, then contact the head flight attendant.
COMPLAINING: When passengers comment on airline service, most airlines do listen. They analyze and keep track of the complaints and compliments they receive and use the information to determine what the public wants and to identify problem areas that need special attention. They also try to resolve individual complaints.
Like other businesses, airlines have a lot of discretion in how they respond to problems. While you do have some rights as a passenger, your demands for compensation will probably be subject to negotiation and the kind of action you get depends in large part on the way you go about complaining.
If you can't resolve the problem at the airport and want to file a complaint, it's best to call or write the airline's consumer office at its corporate headquarters. Take notes at the time the incident occurs and jot down the names of the carrier employees with whom you dealt. Keep all of your travel documents (ticket receipts, baggage check stubs, boarding passes, etc.) as well as receipts for any out-of-pocket expenses that were incurred as a result of the mishandling.
Here are few guidelines that a passenger should keep in mind while complaining to the airline
* Type the letter and, if at all possible, limit it to one page in length.
* Include your daytime telephone number (with area code).
* No matter how angry you might be, keep your letter businesslike in tone and don't exaggerate what happened. If the complaint sounds very vehement or sarcastic, you might wait a day and then consider rewriting it.
* Describe what happened, and give dates, cities, and flight numbers or flight times.
* Send copies, never the originals, of tickets and receipts or other documents that can back up your claim.
* Include the names of any employees who were rude or made things worse, as well as anyone who might have been especially helpful.
* Don't clutter up your complaint with petty gripes that can obscure what you're really angry about.
* Let the airline know if you've suffered any special inconvenience or monetary losses.
* Say just what you expect the carrier to do to make amends. An airline may offer to settle your claim with a check or some other kind of compensation, possibly free transportation. You might want a written apology from a rude employee or reimbursement for some loss you incurred-but the airline needs to know what you want before it can decide what action to take.
* Be reasonable. If your demands are way out of line, your letter might earn you a polite apology and a place in the airline's crank files.
If you follow these guidelines, the airlines will probably treat your complaint seriously. Your letter will help them to determine what caused your problem, as well as to suggest actions the company can take to keep the same thing from happening to other people.
In response to airline abuse and irresponsible behavior, this book will guide you with specific tools to file a complaint against airlines, talk about actual cases against airlines, laws and statutes, writing to your congressman about any concerns regarding mistreatment by airlines and inform you of different cases of airline related offenses.
